When ordering a re-rope, please note the following:

1. Please choose the size swing you currently have.
2. Please enter the current engraving of your swing in to the engraving section on the next page. This will help us identify your swing on arrival at the workshop.
3. When the order is received, we will contact you to arrange a convenient collection with DHL and send you a pre-paid label to use.
4. Please ensure that your swing is carefully wrapped to avoid damage during transit. We do not need to have the old rope returned to us.
5. Consider the size swing you have. If you originally ordered more than the standard length rope, you will need to let us know by ordering additional rope, in the drop down menu on the next page.
