Swing Re-rope service (UK Residents only)

Does your beloved swing need a little TLC? Our Re-Roping Service is designed to extend the life of your cherished swings and ensure they remain safe and beautiful for years to come.

When ordering a re-rope, please note the following:

1. Choosing your re-rope: Pick the size swing you own — the measurements and number of ropes are shown beside each option. Leave rope length as Standard unless yours was made with extra-long rope or hangs very high. Length is quoted per rope.
2. Please enter the current engraving of your swing into the engraving section on the next page. This will help us identify your swing on arrival at the workshop.
3. In the comments section at checkout, please let us know the days and times that would be most convenient for DHL to collect, along with the full collection address. Please double-check the address carefully before submitting your order, as we are charged per collection booking.
4. Your order includes one DHL collection only. Once we've booked your collection and sent your pre-paid label, please make sure your swing is packaged, labelled and ready for the driver on the agreed day. If the collection is missed — for example, if the address is incorrect or no one is available — a further fee will need to be paid to cover the cost of rebooking.
5. Please ensure that your swing is carefully wrapped to avoid damage during transit. We do not need to have the old rope returned to us.
6. Consider the size swing you have. If you originally ordered more than the standard length rope, you will need to let us know by ordering additional rope in the drop-down menu on the next page.

Baby Swing — 2 ropes, 6m each

Small Swing — 45 × 17cm seat · 2 ropes, 6m each

Large Swing — 76 × 30cm seat · 2 ropes, 8m each

Couples Swing — 100 × 30cm seat · 2 ropes, 8m each
