You can either deliver the ashes to our workshop in person, or ship them via Royal Mail. Royal Mail state that human or animal ashes may be sent via their network, but must be kept to maximum of 50g. Ashes must be placed in a sift-proof container and securely closed. Items must be tightly packed in strong outer packaging and must be secured or cushioned to prevent any damage. Please do not exceed the weight stated.
