This is our best selling carving board - large enough for a big turkey. We also make a slightly smaller carving board which is large enough for your 4-5 people roasts.
We recommend treating your boards regularly with butcher block oil (as described here) and each board comes with a small bottle enough for 5-6 treatments. More can be purchased from our website or in DIY stores.
