Our unique, beautiful yet practical designs are not trinkets, but useful items that will be used every day.
We first started making our iconic leaving benches when my daughter left her prep-school, but the idea of engraving each slat of our parkland benches soon caught on. Very meaningful presents have been created by hand engraving hundreds of school leavers names on these solid teak benches, and one day these children will return to their alma mater with their own children, searching the grounds for their bench, finding their name. Some of the other names on the bench will still be a constant in their lives, some may have become famous and others you may just wonder where they now are...
I have seen, in person, the emotional presentation of these benches and just writing about it gives me goosebumps. I can only imagine how you feel being at the receiving end of one of these!
