The all rounder. This is a copy of the most used chopping board in my Mother's kitchen. It even had a name: 'FJØLA'
To simply have breakfast or lunch on 'FJØLA' meant we were in a hurry to get somewhere, but when we had supper on 'FJØLA' it meant nobody was cooking and we simply brought out a bunch of our favourite treats. I'd say it was an early version of what is now suddenly called a charcuterie board!
